WHAT BNG TRANSMEDIA SERVICES INC. COLLECTS
BNG Transmedia Services Inc. (BNG) is a service provider for website design, build and maintenance. BNG also provides our clients with services to inform their respective clients, members, and target clients through the means of Announcement Mailers and Electronic Statement of Account Mailers.
To deliver our services, it is important that we use and process our clients’ business-related information and databases when it is reasonable and necessary. BNG does not collect the data, but is provided the data by our clients, following their protocols and adherence to their own Data Privacy Policies.

INFORMATION COLLECTION:
1.) Information for use in mailers is provided to use by our clients after they have sorted, reviewed and streamlined their databases for the specific mailout purpose.
2.) Information provided to us when there is an application for membership, such as family members, nationality, contact details, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and vehicle(s) information;
3.) Billing/payment information used to pay member bills, However, details of the payment instrument are captured and processed by the payment gateway service provider; and therefore, beyond our control.
4.) Information to determine eligibility to participate in online and other system-related services like (e-Bill) Statement Of Accounts via Mailer, (Online Billing) Statement Of Accounts via our clients’ Websites; Club related Announcement Mailers

BNG is committed to ensure that information provided us is secure. Personal Information in our possession shall be kept confidential. BNG shall undertake and implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical security measures in receiving, transmitting, storing, and disposing personal information.
In addition, we recommend that you install anti-virus software on any such device before accessing the internet. You are responsible for the security of your information once it reaches you or your representative in any medium, including but not limited to written correspondences, bills, emails, system applications, and on-line accounts. You should take appropriate measures to ensure that any medium or device you use to monitor or manage your account is secure and not accessible to anyone without permission.
